Our vision at Above & Beyond Holistic Care is to build a state-of-the-art
integrative facility that offers quality care for all patients. We will ensure a
community of safety where the focus is to heal, restore one’s wellbeing and help
people thrive in their bodies.
Mission statement:
Our mission is to improve quality of life by integrating conventional and
alternative medicine. We are established to help patients live healthier and
receive affordable and appropriate care for their health concerns.
Dr. Kirkpatrick's Bio
Dr. Sandra Kirkpatrick was born in Tyler, TX in 1957.  She has 5 children+ 4 added in marriage, 10 grandchildren + 2 added in marriage, and 1 great grandchild. She has had a long and diverse career in the medical field.  She started as an EKG Tech in 1974.  After which, she worked in sonography for 13 years and traveled the world teaching sonography.  She then worked her way through nursing school to graduate with a BSN from UT Tyler, starting her decades long love of helping patients in critical care units.  She worked locally in Tyler and Longview and began traveling to various US hospitals to serve patients and train nursing staff.  She returned to Tyler and became the Manager of Critical Care at UT Tyler for 4 years.  Her true desire was at the patient care level, so she returned to the floor to finish her career in nursing.  At the prompting of the Holy Spirit, after 2020 she understood that she would be needed in a different capacity.  She returned to school to get her Doctorate Degree as an Integrative Medical Doctor.  She is now sharing her knowledge of health and wellness and her passion for others in Gilmer, TX where she opened Above & Beyond Holistic Care.  It is her desire to help others to become healthy, in mind, body and spirit to fulfill their callings, just as she has done.
